When you submit the contact form we collect the name, phone, email, service-interest summary and message you provide. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
2. How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, scope engagements, prepare quotations and deliver the security services you request. Enquiry information is stored in our private admin system.
3. Engagement data
Security findings, evidence and reports produced during an engagement are held in strict confidence, encrypted at rest and in transit, shared only with your designated contacts, and securely destroyed once retention obligations end.
4. Cookies
The public site uses only a local browser preference for language and theme (stored in your browser, not on our servers). The admin area uses a single strictly-necessary session cookie.
5. Data retention & security
Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to serve you and meet record-keeping obligations. Access is restricted to authorised personnel. Admin passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data you submitted by contacting us using the details on our homepage.
